István’s primary focus is on general corporate law, civil and commercial law. He has extensive experience in the domains of capital investments, advertising law, real estate law, data protection law, labour law and intellectual property law. Besides counselling, he regularly represents clients both in litigious, out-of-court proceedings and administrative procedures, in which he gained in-depth experience as a paralegal already prior to obtaining his diploma, contributing in cases mainly in the fields of civil law, labour law and administrative law.
He received his J.D. from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2012. István collaborates as an individual attorney-at-law with act Bán & Partners since 2017. Besides the Hungarian, he works in English.
